Protection of personal data and cookies

As Kardinero A.Ş., it is our priority to ensure that the data of the natural persons, -including our customers, our visitors visiting our websites or facilities, our natural person suppliers and natural person employees of our suppliers, our prospective employees, our former employees and our current employees, patients whose diagnostic measurements are taken in health centres using our devices (all of which hereinafter referred to as “Individuals”) - are processed according to the relevant legislation - primarily Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 which is in force in Turkey (hereinafter referred to as “KVKK”) [https://titck.gov.tr/verikoruma] and the secondary legislation that derives its legal basis from KVKK and the decisions taken by the Personal Data Protection Board- and that the rights of the Individuals, whose data are processed, are exercised effectively.

For this very reason, we process, store and transfer the personal data of Individuals, which are collected during our activities, in accordance with Personal Data Processing, Storage and Disposal Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) which is defined by the Kardinero Quality Management System.

The protection of personal data and of the fundamental rights and the freedoms of the individuals whose personal data are collected, is the fundamental principle of our policy regarding the processing of personal data. Thus, all the activities, which include processing of personal data, are carried out by ensuring the rights of protecting the privacy of private life, confidentiality of personal information, confidentiality of communication, and freedom of thought and belief. For the purpose of protecting personal data, we take all administrative and technical protection measures required by the nature of the data in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation and up-to-date technology. The policy covers the methods used to process, store, transfer, dispose and anonymize personal data, during human resources, trade, promotion, marketing, product development, use of our products in relevant health institutions, technical service and similar activities, within the framework of the principles mentioned in the KVKK. All kinds of personal data of Individuals processed by Kardinero are within the scope of this policy. Our policy has been made in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation and national and international standards in this field and is followed in all the data processing activities carried out by Kardinero.
